1. Should my car be cleaned before the window film installation is done?
Not necessarily. We will ensure that all the glasses be cleaned to our specification before the application/ installation is done. Afterwards, you can take your car to a car-wash if you desire.
2. Can I open my windows after the window film is applied?
Yes. Because of our advance technique you will be able to use your windows normally when you receive your car. Washing/ Cleaning of the car (inside and out) is also allowed.
3. Can the front and back windshield be applied in one piece?
Yes. As long as they do not disturb your view in any way, both can be done in one piece.
4. Can the window film be removed cleanly?
Yes. We can remove the application cleanly without leaving any residue.
5. How long will it take to tint my car?
Only a few hours.
6. What should I use to clean my tinted windows with?
Your typical glass cleaner will be enough. However, it is not allowed to contain ammonia. Our suggestion is to use a wet (with water) microfiber towel on the glass/tint and then drying it with a dry microfiber towel, unless the surface is very greasy.
7. Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Please contact us to receive more information about our guarantee.
8. After installation my window film appeared to be cloudy.
This is completely normal. A small amount of solution/liquid, used to apply the tint, will remain between the glass and film. This should take about 48 hours to evaporate. Do not try to poke your window film, because it will go away on its own and you might damage the film.
9. After my car was tinted I have noticed a few scratches on the windows. Where did they come from?
If you haven’t noticed these scratches before, it’s because on clear glass you wouldn’t have noticed any existing scratches. Window films reflect more light from the vehicle surroundings so if you have any type of scratch or mark it will be more visible with the film.
10. Will my tint bubble or turn purple?
No. Bubbling occurs when the adhesive has broken down. The purple color occurs once the sun bleaches the tint. In both scenarios the tint will stop rejecting the UV rays.
This is the reason we only use high quality material that can withstand extreme weather and we fit them in an efficient manner. For more information about our material or this topic, please contact us.
11. Can the job (for my car) be done at my home/work?
No. Our working space is specifically designed for window film application, which enables us to provide high quality service for your window film application.
12. What are the DTI specifications?
Rear window of the car should have a shade that does not obstruct your view. Front doors should have a have shade that is light or super light. The windshield can have a sun stripe at the top.
